Join the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders for the Fall  New Nurse Leader Conference. This daylong conference is designed for nurses new to leadership roles better understand the demands of their new positions. The conference will focus on topics such as courageous conversations, how to inspire and motivate staff, strategic leadership, and more.

Experienced leaders from across the commonwealth will lead several sessions, and attendees will have the opportunity to build their professional network while interacting with colleagues during the one-day course at Passavant Hospital Foundation Conference Center and Legacy Theatre.
