Congratulations on being selected to present at this year's PONL Annual Nursing Leadership Conference!

If you are presenting a Snapshot Session or Poster Showcase presenter, please note that we will be assigning locations to your presentation shortly. Please plan to submit any content you wish to have for attendees as a handout no later than September 15, 2026. You can email handouts to the PONL Office. 

Please note that there is NO audio visual equipment available for either Snapshot Sessions or Poster Showcase. This will be a live, interactive session.

For Snapshot sessions, please note that you will be presenting your content four times. You will have approximately 10 minutes of presentation time and 5 minutes of Q&A for each rotation. Please plan accordingly. It is important that the rooms all rotate at the same time. 

The Snapshot Sessions will take place October 1, from 1:45-3:15pm.

For Poster Showcase presenters, please find the template for your Poster presentation here. It is in PowerPoint format for easy editing. These will be printed by PONL and will be at the venue for you. They MUST be submitted no later than September 15, 2026 to allow time for printing and shipping to the venue. We will be printing them 18” x 24” and they will include an easel back on them for tabletop presentation and viewing. You are welcome to provide any additional handouts or display items for the attendees. Our Poster Showcase will be held on October 1, from 4:45-5:30 pm, using the Ballroom as well as the breakout rooms, to aid in open conversation.
