Full Membership Eligibility is open to:

  • Administrators and managers who are accountable for strategic, operational or management outcomes in organizations focused on healthcare.

  • Specialty roles who support strategic, operational and/or management outcomes in organizations focused on healthcare.

  • Faculty in graduate nursing administration and management practice.

  • Individuals employed by healthcare regulatory agencies.

  • Consultants in Nursing administration and management practice.

Associate Eligibility is open to :

  • Students matriculated in a graduate program of Nursing Administration, Health Care Administration or related field.

  • Members of PONL who retire from active employment.

  • Prior members not presently in administrative positions who are actively seeking such positions (duration one year).
