Join us for this opportunity for nurse leaders to learn about emerging issues and successful strategies while networking with fellow nursing colleagues from across the region.

The SWPONL Annual Educational Conference offers you the opportunity to learn from our expert speakers as well as from experienced peers who share your same journey. Attendees will have the chance to mingle with colleagues and friends during the Networking Reception on Thursday. The reception is included with your registration and is open to all attendees.

Conference Learning Objectives:

Explore staff engagement strategies to improve the workplace culture.
Relate exemplary work environment practices to patient and nursing outcomes.
Translate the steps of Evidence-Based Practice into the leadership arena.
Identify the Resilient leadership skills that optimize personal and team performance.
Examine the role of the leader as an advocate to lead and influence change.

Accepted posters will be highlighted and on display to represent new ideas and programs to improve patient care and patient care delivery developed by individuals and organizations within the Southwestern Pennsylvania healthcare region. Take the opportunity to talk to the poster authors and get valuable ideas and information.
